This is really good. The first word that comes to mind when I look at this is "detail". Small touches like the grain of the fabric in the hat and shirt really pull it together but it shows best in the eyes which is really a make or break thing. And That I can almost see each hair is just amazing.
The shading seems a little too light in certain places though. Places like the forehead and cheek where people have so much skin exposure tend to be harder to get shading on while still expressing skin tone. It just seems a bit bright.
Overall, this is great. Keep up the good work!
